Bitcoin Is Still The Main Donna Of Indonesian Netizens Because It Is Considered The Most Stable

JAKARTA - A survey from Dataxet Sonar revealed that Bitcoin (BTC) is still a mainstay crypto asset for netizens in Indonesia because it is considered to have price stability.

Distributed at the Indonesia Crypto Outlook 2025 event, the survey shows where 44 percent of netizens choose Bitcoin because of its stability compared to other crypto assets.

In addition, 18 percent of netizens see Bitcoin as a potential asset in the future, 15 percent say Bitcoin's halving mechanism affects its volatility, and another 12 percent even think Bitcoin is capable of generating high profits.

This Bitcoin is still the main choice and netizens feel that Bitcoin has the most future. So it's still like last year, it's still the top one, CTO Dataxet Sonar, Amien Krisna.

In the event, Amien also explained that the majority of crypto influencers on various active social media platforms provide education and updates related to market conditions.

Influencers on Instagram tend to discuss potential profits from crypto and related AI technologies. Meanwhile, on platform X (formerly Twitter), the topics that are widely discussed are coin memes, airdrops, and education about Bitcoin.

On YouTube, the majority of influencers provide analysis related to fundamental crypto assets, while on TikTok, discussions focus more on updating global market conditions and reviewing potential crypto assets.

"So we see that every social media channel, the content strength is actually quite varied," he explained.

Some of the leading influencers in this industry include Tommy Yu Irawan, Timothy Ronald, Pace Crypto, Andreas Tobing, and others.
