MALUKU - The Resmob Team of the North Maluku Regional Police of Ditreskrimum arrested the perpetrator of violent theft accompanied by an attempt to kidnap a child in Ternate.
Head of Public Relations of the North Maluku Regional Police, Kombes Adip Rojikan, explained that the incident took place in Tanah Tinggi Village at around 03.00 WIT Monday, April 19 yesterday.
