The Commitment Of The Minister Of PKP To Fight For The 'Land Of People's Building Countries' Program

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Maruarar Sirait expressed his commitment to providing housing to more people. One of them is by fighting for a new program, Land of the State of People's Buildings'.

"Hopefully we have several new programs that we will fight for," he said at a press conference at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk regarding the launch of BALE by BTN in Jakarta, citing ANTARA Sunday, February 9.

Ara admitted that he had received directions from President Prabowo Subianto regarding the management of state-owned land assets that could be built by developers (developers), then the building could be sold to the public.

Later, the people who own the building will receive a strate title certificate, namely ownership rights to flats such as apartments.

According to him, this program will encourage housing apart from the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLLP).

FLPP is a proven program. It was (FLPP) at the time of Pak SBY (Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono), his minister Mr. Harso (Suharso Monoarfa). I am good in the era before the Prabowo administration, if there is something good like this, I will not hesitate to continue, even raise," he said.

His party is said to have held several meetings with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), developers, banks, and PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) for the new formulation of financing in the housing sector.

So far, 75 percent of the State Budget (State Budget), 25 percent of banks. We are trying to find common ground so that we can make a profit (and) how subsidized houses can increase," said Maruarar.

Some of the land will be used to support this program, including sourced from State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), the Ministry of State Secretariat, the Directorate General of Treasury, to the prosecutor's office.

"Of course as a government, we also have a discourse (which will) be finalized first, so that later it can run in time with smooth everything can go," said the Minister of PKP.
