MLTR Remembers Filming Musi Videos In Bali 30 Years Ago

JAKARTA - The journey of Michael Learns To Rock (MLTR) as a music group cannot be separated from Indonesia alone.

With so many fans in the country, the Danish band has even appeared in national television station programs several times.

Not only that, MLTR has also held concerts in many places in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bali.

For the last location mentioned, MLTR even has a special relationship. The Island of the Gods is the location for the music video 'Sonday', the main single of the album 'Played On Pepper' which was released in 1995.

During his last visit to Bali Jascha Richter (main vocals, keyboards), Mikkel Lentz (guitar, vocals), and Krypta Wanscher (drums, vocals) tried to remember the memory from 30 years ago, which was carried out at Padang Padang Beach, Pecatu, Badung.

Through a video uploaded through the official TikTok account, three MLTR personnel compactly wore white tops. They sang the acoustic version of the Sombody' on a saung on the coast of Bali.

"We returned to Padang Padang Beach in Bali, where the 'Somebody' was filmed in 1995," MLTR wrote, citing an upload caption.

"Back to where the miracle started," he continued.
