Dwiki Eka Ramadhan Becomes The Carrier Of The Indonesian Bandera At The 2025 Asian Winter Games
JAKARTA Indonesian ice dancing athlete, Dwiki Eka Ramadhan, was appointed as the bearer of the Red and White flag at the opening ceremony of the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games.
This winter multi-branch opening ceremony or opening ceremony will be held at the Harbin International Convention Exhibition and Sports Center, Harbin, China, on Friday, February 7, 2025.
Dwiki said that this opportunity was one of the biggest moments in his career as an athlete when he represented the Indonesian team in the international arena.
"Of course it feels very happy. I think it will be magical. I am holding the Red and White flag representing millions of Indonesians. Very proud. I hope everything goes well," he said.
This is the second time Dwiki has appeared in the Asian Winter Games. He was previously included in the team when Indonesia made his debut at this event in 2017 in Sapporo and Obihiro, Japan.

At that time Dwiki did not participate in the opening ceremony because the match schedule was the last. Therefore, he had just left for Japan ahead of the tournament schedule.
"Now, in Harbin I have the honor of being able to represent Indonesia to be the flag bearer of the Red and White flag in various Asian sports," said Dwiki.
Dwiki will lead the Indonesian contingent in the athlete parade which is attended by more than 1,500 athletes from 34 countries in Asia. The Indonesian team will compete in three match numbers from two disciplines in one sport.
Chef de Mission (CdM) of the Indonesian Team, Josephine Tampubolon, said that in addition to achievements, Dwiki was appointed to be the bearer of the band because of his dedication to developing winter sports in Indonesia.
"Dwiki is an athlete who has an extraordinary commitment to winter sports, especially ice dancing."
"We believe that his presence as a flag bearer will be an inspiration for all Indonesian athletes competing in Harbin," said Josephine.
The 2025 Asian Winter Games Harbin will take place on 7-14 February 2025. Indonesia has sent a total of six athletes to this event.
They are Michelle Edgina Axille (figure skating), Kelly Elizabeth Supangat (figure skating), Arsa Mizan Putra Firdaus (short track speed skating), Marva Kayana Putra Firdaus (short track speed skating), Tasya Putri Permatasari (ice dancing), and Dwiki Eka Ramadhan (ice dancing).
