Capcom Will Turn Off Resident Evil Re:Verse Game Server On June 29
Capcom has announced that it will remove the Resident Evil Re:Verse game on March 3 from the digital storefront, and will close its servers on June 29.
"We hereby inform you that the service will end for Resident Evil Re:Verse, which includes the purchase of Resident Evil Village for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series XS, Xbox One, or Steam," Capcom wrote in an announcement on its official website.
In addition to the game, the company also said that the application and all Downloadable Content (DLC) associated with the title will no longer be available for download or purchase.
Resident Evil Re:Verse was first developed to celebrate its 25th anniversary of the Resident Evil series. Since its release, the game has received support from its players.

"Now that we have reached a new turning point for this series, we feel that Resident Evil Re:Verse has carried out its original goal, namely celebrating its birthday, very well," he added.
Launching Gamingbolt, the number of players, at least on Steam, Re:Verse reached its peak at 2,115 players simultaneously per SteamDB and has reached double digits since December 2022.
Before the Resident Evil Re:Verse server was officially shut down, this game was still available to play on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.
