Kohod Arsin Village Head Disappears, Residents: Fortuner And Rubicon Also Lost

The head of Kohod Village, Arsin, fled after his name became a public spotlight after arguing with the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid regarding the Building Use Certificate (SHGB) and Certificate of Ownership (SHM) at the Kabulaten Sea, Tangerang.

"Losed after two days of meeting Nusron (Minister of ATR/BPN)," said the attorney for Kohod Village, Henri when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, February 6.

Henri also explained that Arsin left with a number of his new bodyguards. Meanwhile, several of his old bodyguards are still on guard at his residence, in Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency.

"Change. Use a new bodyguard now. The old guard at his house," he said.

He also said that Arsin left in a Toyota Fortuner car. Meanwhile, his Rubicon was allegedly hidden in one of his houses.

"The house is 4, in Kohod, Sepatan, Tanjung Burung, and in the Garuda Complex," he said.

Previously, the Head of Kohod Village, Arsin bin Asip, did not fulfill the invitation to clarify the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

The invitation was related to the handling of cases of alleged forgery of letters or authentic deeds related to the sea fence in Tangerang waters.

"So the village head, we have called but have not been present," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Tuesday, February 4.

Arsin's absence is not a big problem in the investigation process. Moreover, it is his right.

"Of course, if it's an invitation, clarify it's an invitation. So it can be up to not attend," he said.

Djuhandani emphasized that despite this, his party had found a criminal element in the case. Therefore, in the process of titled the case, it was decided to increase the status of the case to the investigation stage.
