Three Fake KPK Officers Arrested At The Golden Boutique Hotel, Central Jakarta After Counterfeiting Sprindik Former Rote Regent
Central Jakarta Metro Police detained three fake Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) officers with the initials AS, JFG and AA. The three of them committed criminal acts of falsifying Sprindik documents and KPK summons.
The arrests were made at the Golden Boutique Hotel, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on Wednesday night, February 5, 2025.
The three perpetrators were arrested for being involved in a case of document forgery. The reporter in this case is the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
Based on the report received by VOI, the incident of a criminal act of forgery of investigation warrants and summons from the KPK against a witness who is a former Rote Regent named Leonard Haning was sent to his brother Junus Nathalia.
Then Junus reported to the KPK that it was suspected that the sprindik and summons were fake. For this reason, KPK officers and witnesses visited the Grand Boutique Hotel in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
The three perpetrators were then taken to the KPK office, then reported to the Central Jakarta Metro Police for further investigation.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Muhammad Firdaus, confirmed that three fake KPK officers were arrested.

"The perpetrator who was arrested falsified the sprindik documents and summons. This summons was addressed to the former Rote Regent. The people from the Rote Regent had their legal team, checked and coordinated with the KPK, it turned out that this sprindik was fake. They just secured it, secured it in Jakarta," said AKBP Firdaus, Thursday, February 6.
According to Kasat, the KPK did not know about the fake Sprindik.
"I don't know, because I was told by the former Rote Regent, I found out. From the KPK, they arrested these three perpetrators," he said.
Currently, the Central Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim is still investigating the roles of the three perpetrators who claim to be KPK officers.
"Still under investigation, while it has been secured and has been handled by the Central Jakarta Metro Police," he said.
The police also do not know how long the modus operandi of the three perpetrators has been and what the motive is. The case is still under development.
As a result of their actions, the three perpetrators were threatened with criminal charges in Article 263 of the Criminal Code related to document falsification cases.
