Three Perpetrators Of The Beating Of Members Of Arhanud 2/SSM Surrendered To The Pancur Batu Deli Serdang Police

The three perpetrators of the beating of members of the Arhanud 2/SSM Regiment surrendered to the Pancur Batu Police, Wednesday, January 5. The handover was received directly by the Pancur Batu Police and the Arhanud 2/SSM Regiment.

The three perpetrators, BS (32), OT (23), and JK (24), are residents of Namo Riam Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. They argued that the incident that occurred on Wednesday, January 29, was a form of mistake and admitted that they did not know that the victim was a member of the TNI.

This case began on Wednesday, January 29, when a member of the Arhanud 2/SSM Regiment became a victim of a beating in the Pancur Batu area.

The handover of these perpetrators is inseparable from the active role of local community leader, Edi Suranta Gurusinga. He tried to bridge the settlement of this case well, as well as apologize for the incident that occurred. Edi hopes that the harmonious relationship between residents and the TNI, especially the Arhanud 2/SSM Regiment, will be maintained after this incident.

Kapendam I/BB, Colonel Inf Doddy Yudha, expressed his appreciation for the move to surrender.
