JAKARTA - SEVENTEEN < RIGHT HERE> WORLD TOUR IN JAKARTA concert promoter, Mecimapro, has drawn sharp criticism from ticket buyers. The reason is that the ticket exchanges made at Lotte Mall, South Jakarta on Tuesday, February 4, were considered very inappropriate.
On social media, CARAT (SEVENTEEN fans) protested because the ticket exchange process was too long, and even made ticket holders have to queue for a long time on the streets outside the building.
Responding to the complaint, the promoter, through Instagram Story, uploaded a statement containing an apology.
"We would like to apologize for the inconvenience felt and to thank you for the patience and understanding. The satisfaction and comfort of customers in this event has always been our priority," reads a statement from Mecimapro.
The promoter said that the selection of Lotte Mall as a ticket exchange location had been considered previously.
"In preparing ticket exchange locations, we have considered various factors including weather and security conditions. We have also coordinated with various related parties such as mall managers, local police, and other authorities to ensure the ticket exchange process can run well."

Due to the incident experienced by ticket owners while queuing, the promoter stated that they had handled it. They also asked that no party provide unverified information.
