Satpol PP Seals Illegal Alcohol Stores In Senen Area On Residents' Complaints

JAKARTA - The illegal liquor shop (alcohol) located on Jalan Rasamulya RW 08, Bungur Village, Senen District, Central Jakarta was sealed by the Central Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), Wednesday, February 5.

"We sealed two alcohol shops whose shop names are Tampomas and Angker Beer," said Head of Central Jakarta Satpol PP, Purba to reporters.

Purba said that this sealing step was carried out by public complaints, which were considered to have disrupted the comfort and order of business.

Of the two shops that were sealed, only one did not have a permit at all.

"Only the Tampomas store has an Online Single Submission (OSS) permit. While there are no other permits, we still seal them," he said.

Purba further said, based on information from the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) of Tampomas stores, they did not have a direct seller's certificate.

Then in the letter of clarification of the Indonesian Business Field Baku (KBLI), the information on the retailer of alcoholic beverages class B and C is still in the status of a request.

"The status of the petition is because the requirements are not complete so that the SKP_B and SKP-c permits are not issued by PTSP. In addition, the letter of approval for the suitability of space utilization activities for business number 29082210213171038 dated 29 August 2022, the coordinates listed are not a capacity store but on mango two road in the wrong sense of coordinates," he said.
