Hyundai Car Sales Skyrocket 15 Percent In The US During January 2025, Terlaris
JAKARTA - A well-known automotive manufacturer from South Korea, Hyundai announced its sales report in the United States (US) during January 2025 with a book of 54,503 units, an increase of 15 percent compared to last year in the same period.
Launching from Carscoops, Wednesday, February 5,TEN became the best-selling player last month in Uncle Sam's country with 15,025 units sold or an increase of up to 35 percent from the previous year.
The next best-selling model is Elantra, which is in the sedan segment, recording sales of 8,866 units, an increase of up to 28 percent. This was followed by Santa Fe as many as 8,296 units which also made very good achievements.
"Hyundai started this year by breaking record sales, reaching our best January in various models and types of fuel," said Hyundai Motor North America CEO Randy Parker.

From sales of electrified vehicles, the hybrid segment experienced a drastic increase of 74 percent with Electric Vehicles (EVs) skyrocketing by 15 percent compared to the previous year.
In the hybrid variant, the Santa Fe model managed to become the best-selling one with a sales surge of up to 160 percent compared to the previous year and 89 percent. Then, Sonata hybrid also gave a positive result with an increase of up to 52 percent.
Meanwhile, the best-selling electric vehicle line is Ioniq 5 getting 2,250 units, up 54 percent, then Ioniq 6 with 871 units (up 15 percent).
"From the strong retail sales performance and total sales of Santa Fe HEV,manfaat HEV, IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 to the record-breaking sales of HEV and EV vehicles, we continue to see tremendous demand for our electricity and ICE products," concluded Randy.
