Launching Late Last Year, AION V Recorded 800 SPKs Until January

JAKARTA - AION has succeeded in its latest model, AION V, which is claimed to have recorded 800 units of Vehicle Ordering Letters (SPK) until January 2025.

This SUV was previously introduced at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) event in November 2024. At that time there was no official price for this car.

"From GJAW to January, 800 units have been ordered and have given a finished sign," said AION Indonesia CEO Andry Ciu, when met in Yogyakarta, Tuesday, February 4.

Andry further said that the official price will be announced in the next few days, or rather at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS). The exhibition itself will take place starting on February 13.

"We'll just have to wait a few more days (for the price), because the price is below Rp. 499 million actually," he added.

Taking a closer look at AION V, this one comes with a design inspired by Tyrannosaurus Rex that makes him look tough, and is unique.

Enlivening the SUV market, this car comes with a sharp, aggressive, and sturdy design line, making it appear prominent in the electric vehicle market. This combination presents a car with a dashing outward look.

The interesting thing that this car offers is the battery capacity of 72.3 kWh, with the battery Aion V can cover a distance of up to 600 km in one full charge.
