JAKARTA - A scavenger was caught on CCTV cameras carrying out an exhibitionist action in front of a pedestrian woman in a Kayumanis 1 alley, RW 01, Matraman District, East Jakarta.

The perpetrator carried out his depraved act while covered by the sack he was carrying to collect junk and plastic waste.

According to Risam, the head of the local RT, the incident occurred when the victim was home from work. Arriving at the alley near his house, the victim was allegedly followed by scavengers holding his genitals.

"The incident occurred when the victim, who is a woman, was returning from work," Risam told reporters, Tuesday, February 4.

The perpetrator then walked in the same direction as the victim and preceded the victim's steps. After succeeding in preceding, the perpetrator then turned around while carrying out his depraved act in front of the victim.

"We will report the incident to the police so that there is a reaction from the police," he said.
