JAKARTA - Opera has launched Opera Air, a new web browser that integrates mindfulness features and mental health directly into the internet browsing experience. The browser is designed to help users manage stress and stay focused while surfing online.

The "Take a Break" feature offers guided exercises with a duration ranging from 3 to 15 minutes, such as breathing exercise, meditation, and full body scans. Users can also set reminders to take a mindfulness break during their browsing sessions.
