The North Kalimantan Provincial Government Allocates IDR 1 Trillion For Employee Expenditures.
TANJUNG CELLOR - Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of North Kalimantan Province (Kaltara) this year (2025), has prepared a budget for employees of IDR 1 trillion to pay salaries and allowances.
"The Kaltara Provincial Government has prepared a budget of Rp. 900 billion or almost Rp. 1 trillion, for personnel expenditure, paying salaries and allowances," said Head of BKAD Kaltara, Denny Harianto, Tuesday, February 4.
"This budget has increased by Rp. 100 billion from the previous year (2024). Last year it was around Rp. 900 billion and this year it has increased," he added.
The increase in personnel spending includes paying the salaries of government employees with a Work Agreement (PPPK) and prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) as a result of the 2024 selection.
"This is not only for salaries, but we have prepared it for the TPP. They started to pay according to the letter in the 6th month for PPPK staff," he said.
Denny explained that the Kaltara BKAD also prepared a budget for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the form of 13 salaries and holiday allowances (THR).
"For THR of Rp48 billion and a salary of 13 also Rp48 billion, the total disbursement reached Rp96 billion," said Denny.
Regarding the disbursement of THR, his party is currently still waiting for directions from the central government.
"We are still waiting for the Government Regulation (PP) to be lowered, after the Governor's Decree is made to follow up,"
Denny emphasized that Kaltara Governor Zainal Arifin Paliwang is committed to improving the welfare of ASN in accordance with applicable regulations such as providing allowances, salaries and THR.
"Including the disbursement will be accelerated, the governor hopes that if possible, Kaltara Province will be an example, first disbursed compared to the provinces in Indonesia," he said.
