The SNPMB Committee Gives 373 Schools The Finalization Of PDSS

JAKARTA - The 2025 National Selection Committee for New Student Admissions (SNPMB) provides an opportunity for 373 schools that have not finalized the School and Student Database (PDSS), as a condition to register their students in the National Selection Based on Achievements (SNBP).

This opportunity is given to schools that have completed the filling data of students who have the right to participate in SNPB or eligible, such as completing the value of eligible students in 5 semesters, but have not yet finalized.

Chairman of the 2025 New Student Admissions National Selection Team (SNPMB) Eduart Wlok explained that the 373 schools could be assisted in finalizing their PDSS by sending a power of attorney statement document to the SNPMB Committee.

The document contains the identity of the school (Name Principal, NIP, Position, NPSN, School Name, Address, City/Regency) as well as a question letter stating that the filling of PDSS is complete, and only final finalization remains, giving power to the SNPMB Committee to finalize, and the impact of this process is entirely the responsibility of the school.

"As of February 4, 2025, at 15.00 WIB, 228 schools have been facilitated out of a total of 373 schools," said Eduart as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 4.

Eduart emphasized that his party gave 145 other schools the opportunity to be able to send the documents to the halo-snpmb @bpp.kemdikbud.go.id email no later than February 5, 2025, at 15.00 WIB.

As for schools that do not meet the criteria as mentioned earlier, he emphasized that the SNPMB Committee cannot accommodate the finalization of PDSS filling by considering accountability, justice, and system audit factors, as well as respecting schools that have been orderly and disciplined in filling out PDSS.

Eduart emphasized that the schedule for filling out PDSS conducted by schools had started from January 6, 2025 to January 31, 2025. The SNPMB committee provided facilities on the SNPMB website to the public (students, parents, schools, and the Education Office) to be able to see the development of PDSS charging by schools through the Viewer feature Filling PDSS on the SNPMB website.

"In addition, information about the statistics of the development of PDSS every day has been conveyed through SNPMB social media. Schools that experience problems filling out PDSS have also been given directional facilities and information services by helpdesk and call centers," he said.

Until the closing of the PDSS charging schedule on January 31, 2025, at 15.00 WIB, Eduart explained, schools that have finalized the filling of PDSS amounted to 21.003, or 1.513 schools more than in 2024.

Likewise, 908,128 students have finalized the value, or 63,465 more students than in 2024.

"This shows that there is an increase in the number of schools that are fully committed and care about the PDSS charging schedule and stages," said Eduart Wlok.
