Bank Tanah Buka Suara Soal Aksi Unjuk Rasa Sengketa Lahan Bandara IKN

A number of residents affected by the construction of the Nusantara Capital Airport (IKN) rallied at the office of the North Penajam Paser Land Agency (PPU), Monday, February 3, 2025.

In their action, the masses demanded clarity on the implementation of the Agrarian Reform (RA) on the Land Management Rights (HPL) of the Land Bank Agency which has not been fully realized.

Responding to this, the Head of the Tanah Bank Agency, Parman Natamatmadja, said that his party was very open to the aspirations expressed by the community.

However, he explained, in the implementation of agrarian reform, the Land Bank Agency was only assigned to prepare the land.

"The land is 100 percent ready. In fact, we have spent the money to make road bodies for subjects who will get reforms," Parman said as quoted from his written statement, Tuesday, February 4.

Thus, they can directly maximize the land to create sources of prosperity and prosperity.

According to Parman, his party together with the Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA), the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) and Forkopimda continue to coordinate in order to accelerate the implementation of Agrarian Reform above the management rights (HPL) of the Land Bank Agency in accordance with applicable regulations.

"We continue to strive for the best so that this can be immediately left to the people who are the subject of Agrarian Reform. Of course, we all don't want this to be a mere promise," he said.

Meanwhile, PPU's Team Leader Project, Syafram Zamzami said, the demonstration was very conducive.

His party received it openly to the representatives present.

"We express our gratitude for creating conduciveness in conveying our aspirations. We accept their presence and we explain related to their demands as the duties and functions of the Land Bank Agency in Agrarian Reform," he said.

He considered that the Land Bank Agency had socialized this to prospective Agrarian Reform subjects, especially those affected by the construction of IKN Airport.

In the socialization, it was agreed together that all parties support the implementation of Agrarian Reform on the HPL of the Land Bank Agency.

"We are committed to continuing to do our best. Coordination also continues to be carried out with relevant stakeholders, in this case GTRA, Forkopimda and the Ministry of ATR/BPN," he concluded.
