"Sinetron, I'm shooting soap operas again, it's been two weeks. This is also my comeback to the soap opera, so just focus on shooting Monday to Saturday," said Natasha Wilona in the Slipi area, West Jakarta, Sunday, February 2.

Unfortunately, after returning to actively filming the soap opera Natasha Wilona, she had to be willing to leave sports activities that she had routinely run.

"Yes, exercise. So now I can only do sports once a week. That's why now I'm still intending to do regular sports," said Natasha Wilona.

"I usually (exercise) six times a week, now the muscle mass is decreasing, it's not as fast as it used to be, then my sleep also changes, I can only protect my body from vitamins and eating. If we have shot it, we can't expect much from bedtime," he said.
