BYD Seal PHEV Launches This Month, Reach Reaches 2,000 Km One Way
JAKARTA - BYD continues to innovate to present its newest model in China, one of which is the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) sedan Seal 05 DM-i.
Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Tuesday, February 4, it was reported that this modern design car will launch on February 10 in China, and which is present in three variant options with prices ranging from 89,800 yuan or Rp203 million.
In an exterior design, this one car comes with a front display that adopts the latest design concept of the BYD Ocean series. The back is equipped with a see-through light and a hidden sewer.
In addition, a three-eye camera is located on the windshield, a rear camera on the front fender, and a side rear rearview mirror camera that is certainly very helpful for users.
Offered in four color choices, this car has a length of 4,780 mm, a width of 1,837 mm, a height of 1,515 mm with a wheelbase of 2,718 mm.

One of the advantages of Seal 05 DM-i is the BYD DM-i 5.0 PHEV system. This car is embedded with a 1.5 l engine with a maximum power of 161 hp, which is combined with a 7.68 kWh LFP battery and 15.89 kWh.
The pure electric range stated is 43 km and 90 km, respectively. Fuel consumption is claimed to be 2.95 L/100 km. With the full tank and charging, the comprehensive reach reaches 2000 km.
