Refal Hady Reads Original Materials, Love Is Never Timely Will Air February 13

JAKARTA - The film Cinta Never Time is Hanung Bramantyo's latest romance. Played by Refal Hady and others, the film adapted from the novel presents a different romance story.

This film brings together trans-generational stars from Refal Hady, Nadya Arina, Carissa Perusset, Rangga Nattra, to Malaysian actress Mira Filzah. Love Never Timely also features living legends Slamet Raharjo, Dewi Irawan, to Indonesian Film Magma, Meriam Belina.

This film tells the story of Daku Ramala (Refal Hady) who is dating Nadya (Nadya Arina) for five years. However, he was not ready when Nadya's parents asked for this relationship to be immediately inaugurated to the wedding level. After that, Daku, who is a sportsman as a writer, became in love with Anya (Carissa Perusset).

Again, Daku resigned when he was challenged to commit more seriously. Daku returned to Rembang, Central Java, then got to know doctor Sarah (Mira Filzah) who was slowly taking care of her mother (Dewi Irawan). The seeds of love then grew. Will Daku and Sarah's love be on the right timeline?

Love Is Never Timely To mark the first time Refal Hady collaborated with Hanung Bramantyo. He explored the role of Daku, who at first glance looked easy but needed focus.

"From look, (Mas Hanung asked me) as much as possible to be someone who doesn't really care about appearances. Focus on writing. No validation needs, thinking about works and works. Unlike Refal Hady, who faced demands, he really cared about appearances," said Refal Hady regarding Daku's role, in Jakarta, recently.

From this film, I will have more and more time every year for self-evaluation. Maybe I'm like Daku. I don't want all the problems to pile up, without recognizing the feelings I have. That's what I learned from Love Never Timely. I have to be more mature through what I'm doing now, "Real Hady draws wisdom.

To VOI, Refal Hady had expressed his enthusiasm to play Daku to read the original material to get to know the character. However, he was given the freedom by the director to form Daku according to his wishes.

The film Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu akan tayang di bioskop Indonesia mulai 13 Februari 2025.
