Meaning: Allah sees all His creatures on the middle night of the month of Sya'ban, so He forgives all His creatures except for musyriks and people who are hostile (to his brother).

Then on the 14th night, the Prophet was asked again about the benefits that would be given to his people, at that time, he replied that he would only give two-thirds of the favor to them. However, right when Nisfu Syaban's night when the question was conveyed to the Prophet, he firmly replied that all of his favor would be given to his people.
