Hoax Ustaz Zacky Mirza Dies, His Wife Explains His Illness

JAKARTA - Due to a fainting video while giving a viral lecture, Ustaz Zacky Mirza reportedly passed away, on Monday, April 19. The news is busy talking about netizens in cyberspace. Not wanting to be a further polemic, Ustaz Zacky Mirza uploaded a clarifying video on his personal Instagram.

"Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, I am Zacky Mirza. My father, mother and brothers all, family, congregation, thank God this evening Monday 19/4/2021 I am in a better condition after last night in an unconscious state," he said. The appearance of Ustaz Zacky immediately rejected the hoax that he had died. "It's good, alhamdulillah. As for the news that was spread, I died and so it was all hoaxes. I am in good health. My prayers for all hope that my da'wah will continue to be carried out by Allah SWT. Be healthy for all of us, thank you wassalamualaikum wr.wb," he said. .

In addition to direct clarification from Ustza Zacky, his wife Shinta Tanjung also revealed that her husband had fainted due to exhaustion. According to the doctor at Efarina Hospital Riau, Ustadz Zacky had to rest first and take intensive care.

"Alhamdulillah, currently Ustaz Zacky's condition is improving thanks to the prayers of everyone. Again observation at the Efarina hospital. Alhamdulillah he is healthy," he wrote on Instagram @chintatanjung.

Regarding the disease currently being suffered by Ustad Zacky Mirza, Shinta explained that there are indications of pneumonia and blood clots. Shinta Tanjung is also grateful that her husband was not exposed to Covid-19.

"But thank God it is negative. The PCR is negative, we don't have Covid, thank God, and we are in good health, thank God. It's just tired. Thanks a lot for your attention," concluded the wife of Ustaz Zacky Mirza.
