Subaru Recall 20,366 Crossover Forester In The US Because Of This

JAKARTA - Subaru had to withdraw or recall more than 20 thousand Forestr crossovers in the United States due to problems with wheels that were produced incorrectly.

"The incorrectly determined surface of the Lug seat could affect vehicle stability, which increases the risk of accidents," reads a report from The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

This Japanese brand first discovered problems in October 2024 when installing wheels during production. This triggered an internal Subaru investigation and the result found the problem that the jurd sitting was not true.

Subaru was not aware of any accidents or guarantee claims related to the matter, but took steps to make a recall and the owners would be notified in March 2025.

Later, the affected users will be asked to bring the vehicle to the nearest dealers for further inspection. If one of the four wheels is found to have the wrong nut sitting surface, it will be reimbursed free of charge.

The affected model is a 2025 model, Subaru also instructed dealers to immediately identify the recalled vehicle and tag it to prevent delivery or use before it is repaired.
