2 Motorcycle Thieves In Action In Muara Beliti, South Sumatra Arrested By Police, 1 DPO
MUSI RAWAS - Satreskrim Polres Musi Rawas, South Sumatra, arrested two motorcycle thieves who used to act in the Muara Beliti sub-district.
"Today we arrested two suspects who specialize in motorcycle thieves who often act in Muara Beliti District," said Musi Rawas Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head Iptu Ryan Tiantoro in Musi Rawas, Antara, Friday, January 31.
The thief's arrest was made based on reports from residents who lost motorbikes in the Muara Beliti sub-district.
"The identity of the suspect is a case specialist of 363 of the Criminal Code, Eko Apriansyah alias Yanto (27), a resident of Remayu Village, Tuah Negeri District, and a case of 480 of the Criminal Code, Sapbri Periata (24), a resident of Air Satan Village, Muara Beliti District, Mura Regency," he said.
The suspect was arrested when the Landak Team received information from residents about the whereabouts of the suspect, Eko, who was in Air Satan Village, Muara Beliti District.
Furthermore, ordering, the Head of the Ipda Pidum, Novra Robialda, together with the Mura Police Satreskrim Landak Team, drove to the location. Arriving at the location, it turned out that it was true that suspect Eko was at the scene, so that personnel moved quickly to arrest the suspect without putting up a fight.
During the interrogation, the suspect admitted his actions with a colleague with the initials RS (DPO) and sold evidence to the suspect, Sapbri.
Then, personnel carried out developments and made arrests of the suspect Sapbri.
