Coldplay's Appearance In India Sets The Record For The Biggest Stadium In The 21st Century

Coldplay, which featured in two shows in India last weekend, has set a record for the largest stadium performances throughout the 21st century so far.
As is known, Coldplay brought Music of the Spheres World Tour to two points in India, namely three shows in Navi Mumbai and two shows in Ahmedababad.
At the second point held at the Narendra Modi Stadium on January 25 and 26, Coldplay recorded the record for the largest stadium performances in the 21st century with a total audience reaching 220,000 or the same as around 110,000 at each show.
Thank you Ahmedababad, thank you India. We will never forget these two weeks. Your love and kindness will always be with us forever," the London band said, citing a tweet on X, Thursday, January 30.
The show was also widely talked about by fans on social media. One of the X accounts uploaded a video of the vocalist, Chris Martin, stopping his performance as the band performed the song My Universe, to check whether a child in the audience was safe.
In the video, Chris Martin asks security forces to move a girl from a crowd to the sidelines of the guardrail with the stage.

After making sure the child's condition was safe and able to watch the show comfortably, he continued his appearance.
Meanwhile, Coldplay has announced this biggest show since last November.
"THE DATE IN THE 2025 AHMEDABAD WAS ANNOUNCED. The band will play their biggest show, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedababad," said Chris Martin cs.
Narendra Modi Stadium itself has a seating capacity of 132,000. The stadium opened in 2020, and usually hosts sports events and political events. This stadium is named after the Prime Minister of India, who has served since 2014.
After the show in India, Coldplay will continue Music of the Spheres World Tour to China, South Korea, the United States, Canada, and Britain.
