West Java Kadin ALB Appreciates Government, Commitment To Guard Kadin Association

The National Conference on the Consolidation of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry which was held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta January 16, 2025, is an important momentum for the business world. The government's move to encourage reconciliation within the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which had been divided over the past few months, received broad appreciation, including from the Extraordinary Member (ALB) of the West Java Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Chairman of the West Java Indonesian Consultants Association (Perkindo), Ara Budi Darma, said that this consolidation is a breath of fresh air for entrepreneurs and business organizations, especially members of Kadin.

"With the conflict that is now over, entrepreneurs can refocus on developing their businesses and organizations can carry out their programs optimally," said Ara in a written statement received Tuesday, January 28.

He added that Kadin now has the opportunity to contribute significantly in realizing the 8 percent economic growth target launched by President Prabowo Subianto.

In line with Ara, Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Electric and Mechanical Contractors (AKLI) West Java, H. Rudi Achmad Natsir, gave high appreciation for the success of the government in reuniteing Kadin.

"We are very grateful for this reconciliation. The government's steps have a positive impact on all Kadin members, especially in West Java," said Rudi.

As the West Java Kadin ALB, AKLI is committed to guarding the unity and integrity of Kadin. Rudi said that Kadin is now solid under the leadership of General Chairperson Anindya Bakrie at the national level, as well as General Chairperson of Almer Faiq Rusydi in West Java.

"This Kadin togetherness is the basis for us to continue to support future economic development programs," he concluded.
