Viral Video Escorted By Kohod Village Head, Public Dismantling Rubicon's Ownership To Alleged Unreasonable Assets
TANGERANG A viral video on social media shows the escort of a group suspected of being thugs against the village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin. The video is in the public spotlight after being uploaded by the Instagram account @LaporanJakarta.
In the video, the Arsin Village Head is seen avoiding the media crew when asked for an explanation regarding the alleged problem with the Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) and the Ownership Certificate (SHM) in his area.
Arsin Village Head, wearing batik and black cap, was seen leaving the location in a hurry after attending an event at the Abdul Muin Mosque, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency. He was seen being escorted by a number of people suspected of being thugs, who were seen protecting him from the crowd of media crews.
After the video went viral, netizens began to highlight the Arsin village head's lifestyle, including assets deemed unnatural for a village head. One of the Instagram accounts, @Tanaysoe23, revealed that Arsin is known to own several luxury cars, including Jeep Rubicon, Toyota Alphard, and Mercedes-Benz.

Meanwhile, another account, @Anggamau33, urged the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to investigate the assets owned by the Arsin Village Head.

Not only about wealth, one of the residents of Kohod Village, Haerudin, revealed the alleged involvement of the Arsin Village Head in the case of document forgery, such as the use of identity cards (KTP) for fake certificates. According to him, the village head knew about the action but did not take steps to prevent it.
"There is involvement of village heads. It must be thoroughly investigated," said Haerudin.
This case sparked pressure from the public so that the Central Government would immediately thoroughly investigate allegations of irregularities committed by the Arsin Village Head, including his sources of wealth that were deemed inconsistent with his position.
