Kemenkop Forms Complaint Post For Cooperative Problems In Indonesia
Minister of Cooperatives (Menkop) Budi Arie Setiadi formed a complaint post related to various cooperative problems throughout Indonesia, as an extension and development of One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).
"The post will be integrated with the Task Force which has just been formed in terms of mediation, hearings, and preventive supervision of cooperative problems that will arise in the future. Both central development and other cooperative problems in the regions," said Coordinating Minister Budi Arie in an official statement in Jakarta, Tuesday.
In fact, continued the Coordinating Minister, several facilities are also available as supporting facilities so that people can be more comfortable in submitting their complaints.
"Complaints can be submitted in addition to coming directly offline, as well as online Integrated through various channels such as call centers, emails, telephones, WhatsApp and websites," he said.
This complaint post is a form of commitment to continue to improve the quality of public services and create better interactions between the government and the community.

This effort is made to increase transparency and accountability. All complaints received will be followed up in accordance with applicable procedures.
"This is expected to help create a better and more comfortable atmosphere for people in interacting with the government," he said.
After previously forming a Troubled Cooperative Revitalization Task Force, the Coordinating Minister now invites the entire community not to hesitate in submitting constructive complaints, suggestions, or input for service improvement.
"Through this complaint post, we hope to bring public services closer to the public and ensure that people's voices are heard and facilitate the process of resolving every problem faced by residents," he concluded.
