Mitsubishi Inaugurates New Dealer In Bengkulu, Presents With 3S Service
JAKARTA - PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) continues to be committed to providing the best service for consumers, by continuing to expand its network of dealers in the country and most recently attending in Bengkulu province.
In collaboration with the Dipo Group, the dealer in Bengkulu has become the 81st dealer of MMKSI nationally, as well as the 30th dealer managed by the Dipo Group.
Sales and Marketing Director of PT MMKSI Yoshio Igarashi, revealed that the presence of a new Mitsubishi dealer in Bengkulu is a tangible manifestation of the company to continue to get closer to customers throughout Indonesia.
"With services that are more accessible and solutions that are tailored to the needs of the community, we are ready to provide the best experience to support customers' daily activities with Mitsubishi Motors vehicles," said Yoshio, in an official statement received on Monday, January 27.
Yoshio said the new dealer is not only ready to serve customers in Bengkulu Province, but can also reach customers in the West Sumatra region, let alone be present at a strategic location on Jalan Depati Payung Negara, Pagar Dewa, Selebar, Bengkulu City.
"We hope that the presence of these dealers can provide a sense of security and high satisfaction to customers in owning Mitsubishi vehicles, in accordance with our commitment to continue to provide the best service that supports the entire vehicle ownership process, from purchases to maintenance," he added.
The manufacturer of the three diamonds presents the latest dealer with the concept of 3S (Sales, Service, and Share parts), which allows customers to get complete services in one place.

This Dealer comes with a showroom area of 325 square meters and a workshop of 483 square meters, and is equipped with 2 Express Service stalls, 5 public stalls, and 1 stall for inspections that can support Mitsubishi Motors vehicle maintenance, this dealer can handle up to 29 vehicles per day.
Various facilities are also available such as a comfortable waiting room, play area for children, and internet connection to support customer comfort. For the operational schedule, it operates from Monday to Friday at 08.00 a.m. to 16.15 p.m. local time, and Saturday at 08.00 p.m. local time.
