Jetour Releases Offroad Luxury SUV Zongheng G700, Take A Peek At The Specifications
JAKARTA - Jetour, an electric car brand from China, has opened an off-road SUV shell called Zongheng G700 for the local market, which targets the high-end car market and will launch in the third quarter of 2025.
Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Friday, January 24, Jetour Zongheng will adopt two variants of the driving system. Starting from Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV).
Jetour Zongheng G700 was previously introduced in the form of a concept called T5. Now, the SUV production variant is officially introduced in China under a new name that is quite varied.
By design, this one car comes with a dashing design seen from the high engine hood and a flat roof line. The Zongheng G700 jetour comes with a tadder frame chassis, which makes it look tough. In addition, at the back it adopts a trunk door that can be swung out with spare tires.

Entering the cabin, this car comes with a 2+2+2 layout, where on the center console there is a wide screen or instrument panel. In addition, to operate a car such as a gearing lever is in the steering circle.
Regarding the heart of the runway, this car is equipped with a 2L turbocharger gasoline engine which produces 208 hp of power. The engine is paired with a DHT 2 speed drive system with 282 hp. This car also has an electric motor of 300 kW on the back as the rear wheels with 402 hp.
Meanwhile, the EREV version adopts the CEM-O driving system for four electric motors with a peak power of 1,572 hp. Both the CDM-O and CEM-O drive systems use a high voltage 800V system.
