Directorate General Of Taxes Improves Crossing Services, Here Are A Number Of Developments
JAKARTA - The Directorate General (Ditjen) of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) continues to improve the tax core system or beliax.
Director of Counseling, Services and Public Relations of the Directorate General of Taxes, Dwi Astuti, said that in connection with the implementation of the DGT Cross, his party had taken steps that had been taken in an effort to improve the tax invoice issuance service.
"As of January 21, 2025 at 09.00 WIB, taxpayers who have successfully obtained digital certificates/electronic certificates to sign tax invoices amount to 336,528," he explained in his statement, Thursday, January 23.
Meanwhile, taxpayers who have succeeded in making tax invoices are 118,749 with 8,419,899 tax invoices.
As for the total, it consists of 6,802,519 invoices through the DGT beliax and 1,617,380 invoices through the desktop e-facturing and the total tax invoices that have been validated or approved are 5,630,494.
Currently, the Directorate General of Taxes provides opportunities for certain Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) to be able to issue taxes through the e-facturing application.
Information updates related to the steps that have been taken by the Directorate General of Taxes in improving tax invoice issuance services include improving registration modules for impersonate and passphase as well as adding database servers to increase data traffic capacity.
Then, improving the validation of the tax invoice import scheme data with the format *.xml, and adding e-facturing channels via desktop for certain Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP), namely PKP which issues tax invoices above 10,000 documents per month.
Furthermore, the improvement of the digital signing scheme is in the process of issuing invoice documents.
Dwi conveyed that from these efforts there were results, such as the addition of a desktop channel, which made the number of signed tax invoices quite significant (in the last five days a total of 980,088 or 24 percent of the total tax invoices made to have the status of approved).
Then, the capacity of uploading tax invoices through the import scheme format *.xml also becomes greater (from 100 per upload to 15,000 per upload).
As well as the capacity to upload tax invoices through Tax Application Service Providers (PJAP) to be greater (than 21 tax invoices per minute to 50 tax invoices per minute).
Furthermore, the increase in the number of tax invoices that were successfully signed in the import scheme format *.xml.
Initially, in one minute the DGT's beliax can process the signing of 270 tax invoices. Currently, the DGT's beliax has been able to process the signing of up to 1,000 tax invoices per minute.
