Juru Ukur Dan Pihak Yang Menerbitkan HGB-SHM Di Laut Tangerang Diperiksa APIP
TANGERANG - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR) / Head of BPN Nusron Wahid said his party had summoned a measurement and the person who signed and issued Building Use Rights (HGB) and Ownership Rights (SHM) in the Sea of Tangerang Regency. The goal is to find out more about the issuance of the certificate.
"Today, the relevant parties, be it the gaugers, permanent interpreters, and those who signed at that time, have been summoned today," Nusron told reporters in Tanjung Pasir, Teluknaga, Tangerang Regency, Wednesday, January 22.
He said the measurements and people who signed the HGB and SHM were being investigated by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP).

On his occasion, he explained the reason for calling the gaugers until the person who signed the issuance of HGB and SHM. Because it is suspected of violating the code of ethics and discipline within the BPN ATR.
"The Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus in the sense of the Inspectorate General, therefore we have one which, because it concerns violations and the code of ethics and discipline within us, the process is through APIP," he concluded.
Previously, the government through the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid said that there were building use rights documents (HGB) and certificates of property rights (SHM) from the mysterious sea fence.
According to him, there are 263 fields in the form of SHGB consisting of 234 fields in the name of PT Intan Agung Makmur, 20 fields in the name of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, and 9 other fields in the individual name. In addition, there is also SHM published in the sea fence area with a total of 17 fields.
The Ministry of ATR/BPN confirmed the existence of a certificate in the sea fence area. The location is also in accordance with the BHUMI ATR/BPN application, namely in Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang. The Ministry of ATR promised to take firm action against those involved in issuing the certificates, if found to have violated the rules.
