The house sales came from Kalimantan and West Java with a contribution of 70.6 percent and 29.4 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, GRIA Director Hugo Feber Parluhutan Silalahi expressed the company's optimism in achieving its future targets. One of its efforts is to improve the quality of housing support facilities, such as water treatment installations, anti-termite installation, integration of public transportation to independent waste treatment.

"We have implemented efforts to improve water quality in the Gria Mahakam City project by installing water treatment installations as a fulfillment of basic needs for clean water for our customers," he said.

With this strategy, Hugo hopes that the company will be able to achieve the target of operating income of IDR 120.8 billion and net profit of up to IDR 7.1 billion by 2025.

"Of course, this financial performance can be achieved with a plan to build 693 housing units and 642 housing sales this year," he added.
