South Jakarta District Court Holds Initial Session Of The Predilan Secretary General Of PDIP Hasto Today

The pretrial lawsuit was because Hasto did not accept being named by the KPK as a suspect in the alleged bribery in the interim replacement (PAW) for members of the DPR and the obstruction of the investigation.

"The agenda for the first trial," reads the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) page of the South Jakarta District Court, quoted Tuesday, January 21.

The plan is that the inaugural trial will be held in court room 05 of the South Jakarta District Court. The trial process starts at around 10.00 WIB.

The sole judge who will preside over the pretrial lawsuit, Hasto Kristiyanto, is Djuyamto.

In his lawsuit, Hasto wants to test the formal requirements for determining the suspect by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Even with the alleged obstruction of the investigation

"The classification of the legal case or not of the determination of the suspect," reads SIPP.

Adapun, gugatan praperadilan tersebut teregister dengan nomor perkara 5/Pid.Pra/2025/PN JKT.SEL. Pihak termohon yakni Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).

Diberitakan sebelumnya, KPK mengembangkan kasus suap pergantian antar waktu (PAW) yang menjerat eks Komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan dan buronannya, Harun Masiku. Dua orang kemudian ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, yakni Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto dan Donny Tri Istiqomah yang merupakan kader PDIP sekaligus pengacara.

It didn't stop there, Hasto was also a suspect in the obstruction of the investigation. He is suspected of trying to obstruct the legal process, one of which is by asking Harun to damage his cellphone and run away after the hand arrest operation (OTT) was carried out.
