JCI On Wednesday Opened To Slightly Weaker 0.18 Percent To 4,769.99 Levels
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index opened slightly lower on Wednesday, April 8 trading. JCI opened lower by 0.18 percent to 4,769.99 levels.
Opening the trade, there were 29 stocks rose, 36 stocks fell, and 30 stocks were stagnant. The trading volume was recorded at 36.03 million shares and was transacted for Rp9.84 billion.
Binaartha Sekuritas analyst M. Nafan Aji Gusta Utama predicts that today's JCI will continue its correction like yesterday.
"This indicates a further correction in the JCI movement so that it has the opportunity to go to the support area," he said.
The first and second support areas have a range at the level of 4,697.67 and 4,529.48. Meanwhile, the first and second resistance ranges from 4,883.15 to 4,997.90.
This morning, stocks that were among the top gainers, including PT Trinitan Metals and Minerals Tbk (PURE) which strengthened 6.54 percent to Rp114, PT Dewata Freightinternational Tbk (DEAL) which linked 5.19 percent to Rp142, and PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syaria Tbk (BTPS) which strengthened 4.68 percent to Rp2,910.
While stocks that are in the top losers ranks, including PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) which fell 3.02 percent to IDR 4,180, PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (ANTM) which fell 2.70 percent to IDR540. , and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) which fell to Rp1,660.
