Terbitkan Sprindik Tahun Lalu, KPK Bagi Nama Tersangka Korupsi Digitalisasi SPBU PT Pertamina
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating allegations of corruption in the PT Pertamina (Persero) general fuel station digitization project (SPBU) in 2019-2023. The investigation began with issuing an investigation warrant (sprindik) last year.
"Sprindik (published, red) in September (2024, red)," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika when confirmed by VOI, Monday, January 20.
The anti-corruption commission has pocketed the name of the party charged in this case.
"The suspect is already there," said Tessa but did not elaborate further because the investigation was still ongoing.
The investigation into the alleged corruption of the PT Pertamina (Persero) gas station digitization project is known from the examination schedule. Nine witnesses were summoned for questioning at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.
Those summoned by investigators were Agustinus Yanuar Mahendratama as the Coordinator of Fuel Supervision at BPH Migas; Aily Sutajda who is the Head of Outbound Purchasing PT SC; and Anton Trienda as a BUMN employee or VP Corporate Holding and Portfolio IA PT Pertamina (Persero).

For information, the Director of Investigation of the KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, once said that there was an alleged corruption in the PT Pertamina (Persero) gas station digitization project that was being handled. However, he closed the information meeting when confirmed in September 2024.
"It's running, it's in process," Asep told reporters at the time.
