Promise To Solve Sea Fence Certificate Issue, Minister Of ATR: Manakala Is Not In Accordance With Procedures, We Take Action

JAKARTA - Menteri ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid berjanji akan menyelesaikan masalah sertifikat hak guna bangunan (HGB) di pembangunan pagar laut di perairan Tangerang. Jika tidak sesuai prosedur, Nusron memastikan akan menindak sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

Nusron said that his party had ordered the Director General of Land and Spatial Planning Survey (SPPR), Virgo Eresta Jaya to coordinate and check with the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) regarding the problem of coastline in the Kohot Village area, Paku Haji District, Tangerang Regency. Whether the certified land is inside or outside the coastline.

This was conveyed by Nusron regarding the existence of 263 Building Use Rights (HGB) certificates and 17 SHM status fields in the sea fence construction area in Tangerang waters covering an area of 30 kilometers.

As for the details of the 263 certificates, namely on behalf of PT Intan Agung Makmur as many as 234 fields and on behalf of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa as many as 20 fields. Then on behalf of individuals as many as 9 fields.

"Against the parties involved and involved in the process of issuing the certificate, when it is later proven to be off the coastline, and when it is proven that it is not committed, when it is proven that it is not in accordance with the procedure, and when it is proven that it is not in accordance with applicable regulations, we will act in accordance with existing laws and regulations," Nusron said at a press conference at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Monday, January 20.

According to Nusron, the parties involved include a measurementr in the land measurement process. His ministry, he said, had checked the land office in Tangerang, using the KJSB or the Licensed Survey Service Office.

"This means that the private sector. Against the KJSB, we have asked Mr. Virgo, as the person handling the Director General of SPPR, to summon and if it is proven that it is not a procedure, we ask to be blacklisted, if necessary, recommend that the permit be revoked," said Nusron.

"Then, after there is a measurement from the KJSB, it needs ratification, therefore the head of the measurement section, and the survey in the Tangerang Regency Regulation, we must also be able to ask for accountability," he continued.
