Who Owns The Certificate In The Sea Pagar Area? This Is Nusron Wahid's Explanation
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, confirmed the existence of 263 certified plots of land in the Pagar Laut area in Tangerang waters. He also explained the details of the ownership of these areas.
"We justify the existence of 263 certified parcels of land in the Pagar Laut area. A total of 234 fields were registered on behalf of PT Intan Agung Makmur, 20 fields on behalf of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, nine fields on behalf of individuals, and 17 fields in the form of Ownership Rights (SHM)," said Nusron at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday, January 20.
For people who want to know more about the owner of the company listed in the certificate, Nusron suggests checking more detailed data through the General Law Administration (AHU).
If anyone wants to know who owns the company, please access the data in AHU. Details of the company's deed can be checked to ensure transparency," he said.
Nusron explained that the existence of this certificate has been verified through the Earth application, a land information system that allows public access to land certificate data.
"We have checked the certificate data and location through the Earth application. All documents are in accordance with the recorded data," added Nusron.
Furthermore, Nusron ordered the Directorate General of Land Arrangement and Control to coordinate with the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). This step is taken to ascertain the position of the land parcel, whether it is inside or outside the coastline.
"We have to ensure the coastline limit from 1982 to 2024. This is important to know the validity of the location of the land parcel that has been certified," explained Nusron.

He also emphasized the importance of verifying the documents underlying the issuance of the certificate. According to him, several related documents have existed since 1982, so a more in-depth examination is needed to ensure the validity of the certificate issuance process.
"The process of issuing this certificate must be examined in depth, especially the initial documents that form the basis. Some documents have existed since 1982," concluded Nusron.
