Minister Of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid Confirms 263 HGB Certificates At Tangerang Sea Pagar Construction

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, confirmed the existence of 263 certificates with Building Use Rights (HGB) status related to the construction of a 30 kilometer sea fence in Tangerang waters, Banten.

"We confirm that there are certificates circulating in the sea fence area, as is widely discussed on social media. The number is 263 fields, consisting of HGB in the name of PT Intan Agung Makmur as many as 234 fields, PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa as many as 20 fields, and 9 fields on behalf of individuals," Nusron said at a press conference, Monday, January 20.

In addition, Nusron also revealed that there are 17 fields that have Ownership Certificate (SHM) status.

"In addition to HGB, we also found that there are 17 fields that have been certified as Ownership Rights," he added.

Nusron explained, based on the results of the checking, the location of the certificates is in accordance with the data in the official application www.bhumi.atrbpn.go.id.

"After we checked, the information circulating on the media and social media was indeed true. The location is in Kohot Village, Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency," explained Nusron.

However, Nusron did not explain further regarding the identity of the owner of the company that has the HGB certificate. He advised parties who want to know more complete information to check company data through the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU).

"If you want to know who owns the company, please check at the Directorate General of AHU to see the details in the company's deed," he said.

Previously, information circulated on social media regarding a 30-kilometer bamboo fence built in the Tangerang sea area, Banten. Based on searches through the www.bhabimi.atrbpn.go.id application, it is known that the area has been calibrated and has separate HGB and SHM certificates.

Each plot varies in size, ranging from 3,458 square meters to the largest reaching 60,387 square meters.
