Examine Constitutional Court Judge Ridwan Mansyur, KPK Finds Out His Duties When He Becomes A Registrar In The Supreme Court
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that Ridwan Mansyur's examination in the bribery case for case management at the Supreme Court (MA) was not related to his duties as a Constitutional Justice. Investigators explore their duties while serving as clerks.
This was conveyed by KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika when asked about the results of Ridwan's examination which was held on Thursday, January 16. The Constitutional Justice was questioned by investigators regarding the bribery case that ensnared former Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan.
"The examination is related to the main duties and functions concerned as a clerk of the Supreme Court," Tessa told reporters in a statement quoted on Monday, January 20.
Ridwan is known to have been worked on by investigators after leaving the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta at 13.11 WIB. In fact, he is not in the examination schedule.

In addition, the KPK developed a bribery case for handling the case into alleged money laundering (TPPU). Although it has not been detailed, the information is that there are three suspects, namely Hasbi Hasan, singer Windy Idol, and Rinaldo Septiarindo B as entrepreneur who is also Windy's older brother.
Hasbi has been sentenced to 6 years in prison in a bribery case by the Jakarta Corruption Court and has to pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion and a replacement money of Rp. 3,880,844,400 subsidiary of one year in prison.
