It's Fun Playing HP In The Room, Stray Bullets Fall From Genteng And Injure Youth Thighs In Jakut

JAKARTA - A teenager with the initials NS (17) suffered bruises on his right thigh due to a stray bullet that fell from a roof tile in Lorong W Timur, RT 014/RW 001 No. 17, Koja, North Jakarta, on Friday night, January 17.

"It's true, there were bullets that fell from the roof tiles of a resident's house, broke through the ceiling of the room, and hit the victim's right thigh," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, when confirmed, Sunday, January 19.

Ade Ary explained that the incident began when the victim was playing with his cellphone (HP) in the room. Suddenly a sound of objects falling from the roof of a tile, which was later discovered as bullets that penetrated the ceiling of the room.

"From the testimony of witnesses, there was no gunshot or commotion around the crime scene (TKP) before the incident," he added.

This case has been reported to the North Jakarta Metro Police, and further investigations are underway to reveal the origin of the bullet.

"The perpetrator is still being investigated. The case is being handled by the North Jakarta Metro Police," concluded Ade Ary.
