This Is The Reaction Of The Cilegon Congressional Notary Association On The Announcement Of The Director General Of AHU, Ministry Of Law

The announcement of the Director General of General Legal Administration (AHU) of the Ministry of Law Widodo recently which ratified the management of the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) of the management of Irfan Ardiansyah, received a reaction from this management of Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah.

The General Chair who was produced from the Cilegon Congress, Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah gave a press statement accompanied by his attorney Pablo Benua, BMP, SH. He and all the Central Executives expressed their firm stance on the unilateral decision of the Director General of AHU of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia which was considered a decision that had exceeded his authority as government.

In his statement of the Director General of AHU, Widodo (16/01/2025) who claimed to give this confession on the orders of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia unilaterally acknowledged and ratified the KLB Kubu Ikatan Notary Indonesia.

"We reject the decision of the Director General of AHU because it has exceeded its authority, the government does not have the right and authority to determine and enter into the internal affairs of an organization and if there is a dispute within the household of an organization, the government is not authorized to determine who is legal and who is invalid," said Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah during a press conference at the central secretariat of the Indonesian Notary Association on January 16.

Chronology of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) conducted by Mr. Irfan Ardiansyah et al., is also considered an illegal activity, because the requirements for doing so by KLB do not meet the requirements.

"The KLB does not have legality, it is fake KLB. In the Articles of Association / Household Budget of the Indonesian Notary Association, KLB does not function as an agenda for the appointment of the General Chair. Meanwhile, they make an activity called the KLB and then just play appointed Irfan to be the General Chair, this is a joke. The name is considered and legalized by the Director General of AHU? What is this?," said Pablo Benua.

Pablo Benua also suspects that there are gross efforts that have been planned in a structured, systematic and massive manner by a number of parties to take over this.

"This has clearly been planned dirtyly, try to think of using common sense, there is one organizational KLB activity, where the KLB is fake, there is no such thing as illegal. The KLB does not meet the requirements. In fact, the KLB event was opened by members of the Indonesian Parliament Habiburokhman who came from the Gerindra Party, then currently the Minister of Law is also from the Gerindra Party, we should suspect this was designed in such a way as to threaten the Indonesian Notary Association," said Pablo.

Pablo asked the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, to step in to pay attention to the case of the Indonesian Notary Association. "I believe President Prabowo is a statesman who will clearly see this issue, in 100 working days of his cabinet. This case can set a bad precedent for the life of the nation and state. Moreover, Pak Prabowo promised, under his government he would make the law the supreme commander," said Pablo Benua.
