BPM Denies Recruitment 5 Members Fromis_9 After Leaving PLEDIS
JAKARTA - Big Planet Made (BPM) Entertainment denied rumors that some members fromis_9 were discussing joining the agency.
Friday, January 17, Maeil Business reported that five of the eight members of fromis_9 were talking to Big Planet Made, while the other three members were discussing with different agencies.
BPM responded to the report and stated, "The news that was written today claiming five members of fromis_9 moved to our agency is not true."
BPM is an agency founded by MC Mong with several colleagues in 2021. They are known to recruit several artists who previously joined other agencies.

Some of the artists recruited by BPM were VIVIZ, the third member was a member of GFRIEND, then Ren, who joined after the contract with PLEDIS ended.
They also welcomed Taemin who was previously from SM Entertainment, Lee Seung Gi, Lee Soo Geun and THE BOYZ in the form of a new label.
Fromis_9, who debuted under Off the Record, changed contracts and moved to PLEDIS in 2021. Later, PLEDIS announced that all members of fromis_9 would not continue their exclusive contracts.
Fromis_9 became an independent artist after December 31 and they went through a period of hiatus. Until now, fromis_9 has not responded to the report.
