77 Years Old, Sammy Total Refuses To Appear On Concert Tour
JAKARTA - Van Halen's former lead vocalist, Sammy totals that he is no longer interested in traveling to many places to hold concert tours.
As is known, the 77-year-old singer held a concert tour last summer last year. He successfully held performances in North America and Japan.
"I don't want to tour anymore," Sammy totaled in a recent interview with Las Vegas Review-Journal.
However, he doesn't mind holding a residential concert, just like the nine shows he will do in Las Vegas this spring.
"I don't want to say that, because I don't want to make my fans angry. I'm going to perform and do shows just once and do things like that, but this residence will give me a good career extension. That's what I expected, "addedtip.
Meanwhile, the upcoming presidency titled "Best Of All Worlds Tour - The Residency" will be held dj Dolby Live from April 30 to May 17.

According to him, the residential concert is more appropriate for a musician his current age, because it does not require him to travel from one place to another.
"With this, I don't need to travel, I don't have to unload and pack and get on a plane every day. You know, at my age, my shoulders hurt to do all that. And I have to perform. I'm a performer, in the end," he said.
"I keep telling my manager, 'Don't take any tours, let me do this residence.' If I love it enough, I will do it again. And if that works, I will do it again, and I can extend my career for a few more years,' he concluded.
