JAKARTA - The case of the murder of the action actor, Sandy Permana, by Nanang Irawan alias Gumbal is known to be motivated by revenge. The police said that the suspect's heartache began in 2019.

It started when Sandy Permana was about to hold a wedding party at his house by setting up a tent. However, in the process the sign entered the yard of Nanang Gimmbal's house.

"So that in 2020, the suspect and his family decided to sell the suspect's house and then moved to sign in another block," he said.

Several years later, October 2024 to be precise. The surrounding community held a meeting with the aim of rolling out the head of the local RT for certain reasons.

At the meeting, Sandy Permana argued with the wife of the head of the RT. At that time, the suspect Nanang Gymbal reprimanded the action actor by asking him not to scream.

"But the victim asked the suspect and said to the suspect 'lo is not a resident here, there is no need to join in'," said Wira, imitating Sandy Permana's statement.

Hearing these words, Nanang Gimmbal was silent and tried to calm down. However, it is undeniable that this action further increases his sense of revenge.

The next day, the suspect's wife with the initials Y received a short message from Sandy Permana. It contained a summons that explained that Nanang Gimmbal had tried to attack him during the meeting.

However, Nanang Gimmbal, who knew about it, did not respond. However, his hatred is getting worse.

Until finally, on Sunday, January 12, 2025, the suspect Nanang Gymbal, who was repairing his motorbike, saw Sandy Permana about to pass.

At that time, Sandy looked at Nanang Gymbal sarcastically. That's when the suspect's emotions were unstoppable. The suspect immediately took a knife in the chicken coop next to the house.

Until finally, Nanang Gimmbal expressed his emotions by stabbing Sandy Permana with the knife.

"The suspect ran after the victim with the intention of injuring the victim and venting his frustration that had been hidden," said Wira.

In this case, Nanang Gymbal was presented with Article 338 concerning the murder of junto Article 354 of the Criminal Code which led to serious injuries.
