DKI DPRD Reminds Healthy Water Cards Target People In Need
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta DPRD member Wa Ode Herlina reminded Perumda PAM Jaya to ensure the Healthy Water Card program targets PAM customers who really need it.
This Healthy Water Card Program will take effect from January 2025 and last for one year with periodic evaluation. Applicable customers will receive assistance in the form of special water rates and several other benefits.
"I still agree that there is water. A Healthy Water Card, the card program. But I hope he doesn't give the wrong card, eventually it becomes the second KJP, or the second social assistance that can afford it," Wa Ode told reporters at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, January 15.
Wa Ode hopes that residents can take advantage of the program that was just launched by PAM Jaya, which is a household customer in the category 2A1 (a very simple household) and 2A2 (a simple household).
"Because the name is the community, whether he wants to be rich, it must be nice that his name is free or help," he said.
Previously, the Senior Manager of Corporate Communication & Office Director of PAM Jaya, Gatra Vaganza, conveyed the Air Sehat Card program as a form of commitment in ensuring drinking water services. Not only affordable but also accessible to all levels of society.
"With the special water tariff assistance and various additional benefits such as priority services and compensation for disturbances, we hope to help improve the quality of life of the community," said Gatra some time ago.
Gatra explained, to get the Healthy Water Card program, customers do not need to register anything. The reason is, for 2A1 and 2A2 customers who have not received the physical card, they can continue to enjoy this program.

Therefore, Gatra revealed, the new connection program is free for customers in the 2A1 and 2A2 categories which continue until 2025. Shows the seriousness of PAM Jaya in ensuring equitable drinking water coverage in the Special Region of Jakarta.
Customers who meet the requirements will receive assistance in the form of special water tariffs and several other benefits. In addition to more affordable rates, Health Water Card holders will also get priority services in the event of a water supply disruption.
This service includes sending water through PAM Jaya's tank car for free to ensure that water needs remain met. This program can be utilized a maximum of once per month.
Then, customers 2A1 and 2A2 who experience problems with the supply of dead water in a certain period can report their condition through the PAM Jaya Contact Center (1500-223). After verification, they will receive compensation that will be taken into account in the following month's bill.
The following is the promo rate for the Healthy Water Card program: - Customer 2A1: Flat tariff of IDR 1,000 per m3 for all water usage every month; - Customer 2A2: flat tariff of IDR 3,550 per m3 for water use until the first 20 m3 per month.
