Invited To Walk With An Affair, Husband In Mataram With Dark Eyes, Took A Knife And Stabbed His Wife's Neck
JAKARTA - A husband in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, with the initials MA (30) killed his own wife HA (29). The trigger of the perpetrator's heinous action was allegedly only because of jealousy.
Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Mataram Police, Comr. Kadek Adi Budi Astawa, confirmed the murder. "Yes, it is true that there was an incident (murder), a husband to his wife," said Kadek Adi in Mataram, Saturday, April 17, quoted from Antara.
He confirmed the truth of the incident after members of the Criminal Investigation Unit came to the location of the incident which was on Jalan Adi Sucipto, Rembiga Village, Selaparang District, Mataram City, at dawn around 02.00 WITA.
"So about an hour after the incident (the murder), our team immediately checked the TKP (scene of the case)," he said.
According to information, this husband and wife are traders. The location of the incident is where they run their business.
Before finally the victim was declared dead by the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital, the husband and wife reportedly had an argument.
Regarding the motive for the fight, Kompol Kadek Adi has not been able to confirm clearly. However, the Supreme Court confessed to the police that the incident started when his wife was communicating by telephone with a man who was suspected of having an affair. "The perpetrator's confession was due to jealousy," he said.
Then a word came out of the victim's mouth. The words ignited him with emotion. To her husband, the victim said that she did not sell the next day because she was going to have an affair.
This became the reason why the Supreme Court spontaneously took the knife that was on her trading table and immediately stabbed the victim's neck.
The victim, who was already weak and covered in blood, was immediately taken by the perpetrator into his four-wheeled vehicle. The victim's cell phone and knife were also secured. Before finally rushing to leave, the perpetrator admitted that he had tidied up his merchandise.
"After that the perpetrator drove his car and returned home," he said.
However, the house of a husband and wife located in the Moncok Karya Neighborhood, Pejarakan Karya Village, Ampenan District, Mataram City, was only a stopover for the perpetrator to dispose of the victim's cell phone.
"He threw the victim's cellphone into the yard of the house, then left again," said Kadek Adi. The perpetrator left his house and took the victim to the Ampenan Police. On his way, the perpetrator admitted that he had thrown the knife that had stabbed his wife on the road.
"On arrival at the Ampenan Police, the members on guard immediately rushed the victim to the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital. However, when the medical team examined him, the victim was declared dead," he said.
Furthermore, Kadek Adi said that the medical team at the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital is currently conducting an autopsy on the victim's body. This is to find out the exact cause of the victim's death.
As for the existence of the Supreme Court, his party is said to have secured it. As a suspect in the murder, the Supreme Court was detained at the Mataram Police Headquarters.
Now as a result of its actions, the Supreme Court is threatened with being criminalized in Article 44 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 23/2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT) or Article 338 of the Criminal Code on Subsidiary Murder of Article 351 Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code concerning Persecution which resulted in the death of the victim.
