Google Facilitates Email Reply With AI Technology
JAKARTA - Gmail on Android is now increasingly sophisticated with new features that allow users to add AI-based replies directly to the email draft faster. Google officially launched the "Insert" button on Gemini's panel in the Gmail Android app via the latest update.
This feature was previously revealed in APK's teasedown by the Authority Insights and is now available to all users through an application update version 2025.01.05.715466868 which can be downloaded on the Google Play Store.
This button serves as a shortcut to directly add AI-generated replies to an email draft without the need to copy and paste manually. This button is on Gemini's panel, next to the "Like", "Dislike" and "Copy" buttons.
Once the "Insert" button is pressed, automatic AI-generated reply text appears in your email draft. This process is much faster than before and resembles the "Help Me Write" feature on the Gmail composition screen.
