Opera Browser Makes Interactions With AI Easier Through New Widgets On IOS
JAKARTA - Opera, a popular web browser, has just released a major update to its iPhone and iPad applications. In this latest version, Opera provides convenience for users to interact with Aria, the company's built-in AI, via a new widget on Home Screen.
Here are the full details regarding Opera's latest update for iOS.
As explained in Opera's official blog, Opera's latest version for iOS now supports fully customizable Home Screen widgets. This gadget allows users to access the main browser feature with just one tap. For example, users can open a new tab in Private Mode or directly use the "Ask Aria" feature.
In addition, if a user presses the app icon for a long time, more shortcuts will appear. This addition speeds up your daily browsing activity by giving one tap access to the most important features," wrote Opera.
However, this update is not only a widget. Opera also brings other significant changes: Aria, Opera's built-in AI, can now be used by anyone, without even having to log in to an account. With Aria, users can ask questions via text or voice input. This AI can search for information on the web and can even generate images using Google's Imagen 3 Fast model.
According to Opera, users only need to update their iOS app to the latest version to use Aria without an account. However, it should be noted that the image creation feature is limited to five images per day for users without an account, while registered users can create up to 30 images per day.
Opera also expressed his gratitude to iOS users for the recent significant growth.
